We are continuously reviewing the services we offer. As a result, we are now licensed Assessors for the Code for Sustainable Homes and can provide comprehensive advice on ways to enhance your house sales by achieving good star ratings within the scheme. If you are hoping to sell your development on to a housing association you will have to achieve 3 stars; we can show you how, but we do need to be involved in the design process.

John Walton has been working in the construction industry since 1973 and during that period has amassed a wealth of experience dealing with the successful execution of projects ranging from a few thousand to two million pounds.

In addition to that experience he is qualified by examination as an accredited Energy Assessor and by examination as a Registered Member of the Association for Project Safety (APS). Success in both examinations requires the ability to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of each highly specialised field. As a CDM Co-ordinator John Walton has proven competence as laid out in the Approved Code of Practice for Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
